I did think the shipping price was weird. The price of shipping was LOW. The item is heavy.
Then I figured they were trying to attract buyers by using LOW shipping, and they calculated into the cost of item.

Well I send him an email saying please insurance item thru the mailing method of choice, and he SENDS ME AN EMAIL WITH A CHARGE OF $105 for USPS, and $65 for UPS!!!!!!!!!!

Im so livid, and annoyed...

Isnt that false advertising? isnt that illegal? I wrote him back and Im hoping hes nice and fixes the problem he owns a business it looks like...

what would u guys do? am i overreacting? because the item is a good deal, im saving about $300 off retail, and shipping the actual item would be $60ish...but I bought it under FALSE pretenses...many sellers lower the shipping, to attract bidders...

Agh.

I'd threaten negative feedback unless he's willing to be more reasonable. Especially if he's trying to pull a bait-n-switch.
