I had a psychic reiki healing and WOW! Now I know what the centers feel like when they are REALLY activated. However, It's been a few days and I'm really tired from over stimulation. How can I tone them down or close them? LOL, asprin doesn't work!

Hi Philibird, did you get it done out here in Bisbee or in Douglas?I'm not sure how to close them but you may be able to shield yourself by doing a simple meditation and burning Sage. It works when trying to protect oneself from too much psychic stimuli or allowing negative energy into your body. Relax and concentrate on feeling all parts of your body- feet up through the top of your head. Then feel warmth spreading from your heart center over your body and specifically into your hands. Now take your hands and see them as strong with white light coming from them. Push out and feel the light start to spread while you move your hands around you like you are making a shield or bubble. Say that you are strong and open only to that which you allow in. All other energy must stay outside of the shield until you are ready to invite it in. Repeat this 3-4 times and also state that all negative energy is unwelcomed, push out as you say that part and say "if negative energy is pushed into me my shield will guard me to push it back times 10 onto the negative energy" It usually just gives them a psyhic push to leave you alone. When you are done, burn White Sage and allow the smoke circle around you as you turn into a circle. Bring it down to your feet, up to your legs until you circle it around your head. Do this three times while turning three circles. I hope this helps.. it sure has been a godsend for me living in Old Bisbee in the middle of the energy hellmouth IP: Logged |

Thanks Pid. I kinda already tried the reshaping of energy, but didn't use sage. I'll try that. I actually rented a reiki psychic attunement DVD. I have to say, it did work.
So, you're living in Bisbee? It is a great place for all the spiritual hub bub!
We'll have to meet! When the Bisbee farmer's market opens back up, my husband and I will be selling jewelry there again. I look average, but you'll be able to spot my hubby because he looks a bit like an elf. (short and feminine) We usually hang an African tapestry at our stand.

Hi Philbird, I'd love you meet you. Bear and I will only be here until the second week of March and then we're moving to Germany (south of Frankfurt) for the next 2 years. Hi, the sage helped protect me from negative entitys. But I had to have a healer remove a lot of energy from me. He said I was in a bad way..wasn't equipped to handle that much energy! I won't be doing another attunement for a long time that's for sure! My head felt like it was going to explode!
The farmer's market starts in May. I guess I won't see you. Keep in touch from Germany!
