when it comes to the choice of sex vs clothes, i wouldn't want to be without either, i'd have to moderate, i'm too passionate about both.

Oh sex !!!!!!!!!

I would run around in a dustbin liner....rather than go without!

Clothes cannot give the same depth of feeling that being intimate with another can

for me anyway..

Yep, I'll take the clothes. I'm hardly a fashion maven but sex is just sex. It's fun, I love to think and talk about it, but actually doign it - sorry, it's hugely overrated. I'm gone longer than three years before, and I think it's a good, healthy thing to abstain from sex from time to time anyhow. Clothes - immensely more useful on a daily basis.

I'll take sex please. Besides everytime I do buy of recieve clothes, they end up getting ruined one way or another(by messing eating, perspiring wayyyy to much hence leaving stains, or ends up shrinking in the laundry eventually). I have Taco Bell sauce stains I still can't get out of my cute Tommy Girl shirt...

15 months for a whole new closet worth of clothes!?!?!????? I've been a virgin for a good 3 years now, so what's another 15 months? Of course, as soon as I took that deal a most marvellous man would tempt me.
That's ok... There would be fabulous panties for him to think about while he waited.

Here's the article for lazy link clickers (short and sweet):

NEW YORK, Feb 5 (Reuters Life!) - For most women, the choice between sex and a new wardrobe is simple -- they go for the clothes.

Women on average say they would be willing to give up sex for 15 months for a closet full of new apparel, with 2 percent ready to abstain from sex for three years in exchange for new duds, according to a new survey of about 1,000 women in 10 U.S. cities.

Sixty-one percent of women polled said it would be worse to lose their favorite article of clothing than give up sex for a month.

"Some people say clothes make the man, but the right clothes can even replace him," fashion designer, stylist and TV personality Carson Kressley from the reality TV show "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" said in a statement accompanying the poll.

The study also suggested that clothes often wear better than relationships.

The average woman between 18 and 54 years of age has hung on to her favorite article of clothing for 12 and a half years, a year longer than she's held on to her longest relationship.

Almost three-quarters of respondents, or 70 percent, also said they believed in love at first sight when it came to finding the perfect article of clothing, while only 54 percent of women were as confident in spotting the right man.

Nearly half of the women, or 48 percent, taking part in the survey by consumer products giant Unilever said their favorite article of clothing was more reliable than their man in giving them confidence and making them feel sexy.

well don't forget that clothes can be seductive enough to bring about sex. So think about it.

Oh, tough call...I can't live without either!

15 months or any other length of an extensive period of time is a huge commitment and I don't think I can make such a promise for the love of clothes! But I also need fine outfits to make me more appealing to men...

I just can't sacrifice one for the other. I, too, need moderation when caught in this dilemma!
