Great post!Your very wise! And perceptive!Wow, Just the post I needed to see! The title of your post could be the title of my autobiography,LOL!
I have been pushing myself so hard lately in my life and to see your post was like a nice wake up call. It's hard for me to find the middle road. But it's self defeating to get so extreme that your just a manic person rushing around to and fro.Oh,well,I'm trying. At least you can't fault me there. I'm only a person on the path trying to learn . My hearts in the right place I think, it's just beating 220 beats per min,LOL. Time to slow down a bit though.

Some of these quotes have really helped and healed alot of areas of my life this last year, that and My Music!!!

Alot of my relationships have grown stronger and more connected!!!
