Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... I totally said that for the fun factor,(I like nuts in my mouth) but it's true, I was munching on trail mix. More pumpkin seeds, almonds and peanuts than pistachios, but yum for pistachios too!
I also like the special K with chocolate, I picked some up the other day and stashed it from the kids. MINE!
I love special K flakes in general.

The best is still plain Special K with bananas. ( and maybe a little honey)

Warm chai tea with honey and almond mylk
with extra cinnamon.

Or sliced green apples with tahini, honey and cinnamon dipping sauce.

Or cashews drizzled with honey, lemon juice and chili.

Or brazil nuts.

If you want a frequent nightime snack I'd say chocolate chips. They serve as a dessert, but I don't eat a dessert size portion, so they're great.
