I love thai food Lovely*, I love they way they use basil too.

I listed a lot of raw foods cos that's what I mostly eat...but some of my cooked favourites are:


Dolmades with black Olive tapenade

Roasted eggplant with raw tomato salsa
and cashew cheeze

Lime zest with sea salt for salad seasoning

Hot chocolate with Cayenne and cinnamon

coffee with bitter cocoa and chili peppers.....
and Jamaican or Barbadoan Rum.....
stir with a raw sugar cane or cinnamon stick.

raw water cress, dandelion greens, violets, and anchovies.

frenchfried batter dipped liliacs and peppercorn ranch dressing.

nasturtums and leaf lettuce with spicy olive oil, or sesame oil.

sunflower seeds butter stir fried with noodles parsley and honey marinated chicken breast.

Dry red wine with medium rare steak
Spinach & yogurt cheese curry with naan

Fayte I love that cocoa one! I must try that when i'm not preggo.

And the Nasturtums sound so good!

I also love sweet potato with hummus (modified potato salad)

chicken & sweet chilli
chicken & avocado
macadamia & mango
hazelnut & rasperry
hazelnut & strawberry
strawberry & cream
cream & mapel syrup
cheese & fruit
cheese & vegemite (for all the aussies out there!!! )
bbq sauce & chicken
mushrooms & almonds

I could go on for ever... think I'll stop now!

Nasturtums and sweet purple violet....and Lilac...
all taste like green sweet pepper, but the Nasturtums have a nip to them like radish or mustard leaf also.
Yummy!
PS. Be sure to use the edible versions of flowers.
African violets I think are poisonous.
Any Rum in the Coffee/Cocoa/Chili pepper is good...
But for best results use a med to dark Rum like Appleton Estates Jamaican or Black Seal Barbados. Also sweeten if you wish and add cream....works out then to a kind of Cappuchino. Really want decadence...add whipped cream.
For those who do not want the Hot pepper...go with Vanilla or Hazelnut.
