Why laugh?

Laughter nourishes the soul and triggers joy. It’s a natural stress reliever. It stimulates the immune system and increases oxygen, stamina and our breathing capacity. Medical literature is full of reasons to laugh for the health of it.

Don’t rely upon your funny friends, favorite sit-com or jokes to tickle your funny bone -- just laugh for the joy of it!
