Well all my updates on any sketches are kept in this little thread: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum17/HTML/001426.html Right now, I have nothing new to update. Working on a little something for Isis and kind of a paring one of Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine. BTW: Isis, still working on your little banner Lol! Forgive me for the slow pace but I have tons of commissions on my head plus a life to live Lol! Now BOE Sweets; I showed you mines . Lets see yours . IP: Logged |

Noooiiiceeeee Xodian. I didn't know you were an artist. I don't do very much anime style, but I like the way you do it. Awesome. Here's some of my stuff. Some are originals, some I drew from other people's pictures or art. http://a569.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/01482/86/52/1482772568_l.jpg http://a317.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/24/l_0c9c59433d93da88b75d7f5a41ab3484.jpg http://a41.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/01482/04/02/1482802040_l.jpg This one's not finished http://a599.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/27/l_1964f866361cc5e3c6fd403e7097931e.jpg http://a115.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/15/l_5cd4fecae1fa362a2736c59558a15a32.jpg http://a129.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/9/l_0a42831ebd75066a8793f6037ac7d808.jpg http://a495.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/29/l_531dd1155475666bc1da62960a50e456.jpg http://a557.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/60/l_c59a37dc9af9b391b40efe69fa33f654.jpg http://a206.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/12/l_04e68bc3daebb775ae449d40cbcb3e95.jpg

Simply AMAZING! BOE love your talent with pastels... Or is it Oil paint? Lol! No matter, it has such a nice look to it.Oh I so wanted to put up a few artistic nudes I have done but am always reluctant since it may kinda not keep the place fmaily friendly anymore Lol! Oh the stuff I showed you is from my rough sketch book . I kinda experiment and twiddle around with ideas in it Lol! A few more detailed sketches and works: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Catapharact/POPSketck2.jpg I swear the shading on that one took God awefully long Lol! But it wsa worth it. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v305/Catapharact/E3Posterpromo-01.jpg I wish I could take total credit for this one but I can't Lol! It was a colabiration betwwen me and a whole slew of artists for a poster contest for the E3 Expo. We didn't win unfortunately but just havin this concept out of head and onto paper was way worth the effort. IP: Logged |

Xodian have you considered doing graphic novels? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphic_novel ------------------ ~Judgement Must Be Balanced With Compassion~ ~Do Not Seek Wealth From The Suffering, Or The Dire Needs Of Others~ ~Assumption Is The Bane Of Understanding~ ~ if you keep doing what you did, you'll keep getting what you got.~ }><}}}(*> <*){{{><{ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~ ~~~ IP: Logged |

Thank you. I use a special kind of air-hardening clay (made from recycled paper products) which I can paint with almost any kind of paint. The varnish I use is non-toxic, and environmentally friendly. I love Egyptian designs. IP: Logged |

Thankyou guys for all your feedback .BUD: Already added my input on your little inqusitive request . Fayte: Really I would love to do something like that as a part time project but I am swamped as it already Lol! They say you shouldn't bite off more than you can chew but I say how do you know how much of a morsal you can take in the first place? Why limit yourself? So... I have taken it upon myself to learn whatever I can whenever I can and that means taking upon multiple hobbies Lol! Hard to start a huge scale project like a graphics novel when you have to work, study and keep up with your other hobbies (and not to mention pay homage to the lovely maiden who wants that oh so sweet lovin .) Right now, the one fictional character that has really caught my interest is Stephen Sommer's Rendition of "Van Helsing." I so wanna improve on his version of the legendary Lone hunter of Evil. There is just so much potential here... I have always loved doing the Lone Ranger type characters. Van Helsing just reminds me of a Holy Man's version of an American outlaw Lol! Just look at the outfit: Western Duster, the Hat... Even teh crossbow reminds me of a sort of Medieval version of the Remington Lever action Lol! IP: Logged |

Xodian I definitely will keep an eye out for more of your work! Very good! I do old style illuminated manuscripts. I use hardened actual quills and often make my own paints from various crushed pigments. Gold leaf and other metals too. I also draw when I deep trance.------------------ ~Judgement Must Be Balanced With Compassion~ ~Do Not Seek Wealth From The Suffering, Or The Dire Needs Of Others~ ~Assumption Is The Bane Of Understanding~ ~ if you keep doing what you did, you'll keep getting what you got.~ }><}}}(*> <*){{{><{ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~ ~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~ ~~~ IP: Logged |

Xodian~ Thanks. They're pastels, it's my favorite medium. I actually enjoy doing pinup girls. I've only done a few rough nudes, but I'd love to see yours. You can e-mail them to me if you'd like. swampfox1424@yahoo.com Your drawings are really amazing. Thanks BUD, I like your stuff as well. It's really creative. Love the gypsy. ^_^ Schweet Mudusa... do you make money from that website? That's a pretty cool idea. IP: Logged |

Thank you everyone. I do sometimes sell a few pieces from the website, and also from ebay, or in person. Battle of Evermore - it may be easier than you think to get into illustration or cards. You can quite easily self-publish books and cards and posters and such things now. Places like this http://www.lulu.com/ may be worth looking at. IP: Logged |
