It shows a man performing sex acts on a girl around 4 or 5 years old, and shows a girl believed to be 10 to 12 years old appearing in "some kind of peep show," said Nye County sheriff's detective David Boruchowitz. Authorities hope identifying the girls will help them locate the abuser. Still photos of the younger girl, fully clothed, have been widely broadcast. Boruchowitz announced Thursday that the older girl had been identified. He said the photos of the younger girl were being released because her life could be in danger. "She could still be in this situation and (be) abused currently as we speak," Boruchowitz said. "The easiest way to explain it is if you can imagine the absolute worst things that can happen to a little girl at the hands of an adult male, that has happened and beyond," he said of the video. "It is by far the most heinous and horrible thing that you can possibly imagine on there." Investigators were examining whether the two segments were filmed with the same video camera, he said. A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff's investigators September 8, after another man reported seeing it, Boruchowitz said. Tuck told detectives he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago, although Boruchowitz said the tape didn't appear to have been exposed to weather or elements. Boruchowitz said investigators don't think Tuck made the tape. Tuck was arrested September 19 on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, felonies. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.

This kind of things gives me nightmares. I'm sorry but I could not read all of this. I do deal in the realities of life but there are somethings that I cannot read without being violently ill and haunted by them. Anything that concerns a child like this is beyond what my psyche can handle. I do what I can in working to try and stop these atrocites in our world but reading or hearing all the details of it makes me too ill, angry and haunts my days and nights. It's pure evil. And in saying that I will also have to say I don't think any human being is evil by nature but some people give themselves over to evil and do very vile and evil things. This is one of them and I hope those who are hurting this baby are caught and dealt with accordingly no matter what the maximum sentence may be where they are caught, they deserve it to get them off the streets and out of society for good so they cannot continue to prey on innocent, helpless children. Since this is in my country, most likely, he will be killed in jail by other inmates.Men who rape children get killed in jail all the time here. Inmates despise them. But it's weird because half of these inmates who despise child rapists are murderers. To hell with them all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree he must be given the maximum sentence.
However please do not fall into the trap of going by how people look.
Many rapist and murders look perfectly normal and nice.
So your remark could be seen as physiognomy profiling and stereotyping based on a person's appearance. quote:

I agree with Jay on this one. Those are a nasty pair of eyes. You can just see... The evil stuff in them. He's a twisted one he is. Usually, I "believe in people" and that they can regret, and understand what they've done so that they "turn to the good side" and stuff, but... This guy... He's just beyond any help. Wow, some of you are really playing low ball here.With the eye for an eye rhetoric, skinning him alive and murdering him? Wow, just as gross, especially the first one. That is just acting on his level no matter how you see it or try to put it. He deserves lots of time in the slammer, but hasn't this world advanced enough to treat everyone humane, without cruel and unusual torture tactics, like skinning? Yeah....in that picture he looks scary....
Crappy picture though...
but ever noticed how innocent some look when they are taken in front of a trial jury and judge.
Also look through photos of regular folk...even here at LL...some could be thought to have scary or evil eyes.------------------

What I found weird is how he:

But to judge by appearance...HHmmm....if that same photo appeared in an article captioned for instance, "Man found nearly beaten to death by gang"...would you read the same into his appearance?

The evidence shows clearly he is scum and deserves absolutely no mercy.
I was just pointing out that faces do not always tell us a person is evil. But evidence like that sure proves it.

No one is defending him dude, calm the heck down!!! Way out of line.I think there is a fine line between "skinning him a live" and throwing him in the slammer for 20-30 years. I want him to be brought to justice, but I will not read others comments about inhumane treatment as if this is a third world country without saying something! If we stoop to his level, we are just as bad as him. He needs jail time for a long time, and maybe he can get some help during his (hopefully) long sentence. IP: Logged |

 There just aren't words for what I think of that "man". I generally believe people can change and go through therapy yada yada but crimes against children are where that ends, especially actions so evil, vile and inhumane. No amount of time or therapy will give that little girl(s) back what has been stolen from her. I can only hope she is found and given as much help as she deserves and I pray that she can one day lead a happy and fulfilling life.  IP: Logged |

I'm sorry, this kind of stuff gets to me and haunts me. I watched America's Most Wanted last night and almost had a panic attack, I was so disturbed by the sickos they put on that TV show (the last night's ones were disgusting rapists) and it upsets me to know what goes on in the world and the sick people who are out there.
