This is the house we are planning on buying and we were inside yesterday. It's so fun!

The other thing we found out is that we are having another(or possibly two) baby! Due date is May 16.

Life is good. I wanted to share my good news with you all.

I wish there was a good picture of the backyard. The lady who owned it, was a professor of permaculture. Which means there's no grass to mow, and all sorts of native plants and food plants living in the yard. There's a big oak tree in the backyard as well, which I adore. There's enough space in the house for mom and dad to have their own room , the boys to have a room, and for our girlie to have a room. And there will be a space for Husband to have his own office, which is sorely needed.

It has a dishwasher and central heat/air! Which I haven't had in years. Looking forward to that.

The best part is that the owner is willing to rent to us until the paperwork and loan get cleared and finalized at the bank. Which means we can move in anytime we want.

I'll keep you all updated as things progress.

I think so too. In the bathroom there's what looks like a medicine cabinet, but the front's been changed into a stained glass window, and when you open it up, there's a little shelf with a pretty glass container with a candle in it, and at the back where the wall should be there's frosted glass instead so the sun from the east shines through into the room! I'll have to get a picture of that when we get settled. I thought it was really clever. Also going into the kitchen which you can kinda see from the picture, there's a wall with four places cut out, and inset in them are over exposed pictures of trees in the winter and in the one on the top, there's a unique arrangement of stained glass!

The clincher for us, was the volunteer tomato plants growing in the back yard Also all the plants and flowers have been arranged into circles, and the circles get bigger as they go out. In the backyard, there is a cute place to sit, and all the seats are made out of stumps, but they've actually been turned into chairs.

It's a really fun place, and it's got a good energy. We're probably going to be moving in by the end of the month. Yay!
