I cannot stand him, as much as I try to be pleasant, he is difficult. I thought the fact the twit almost losing his job recently would make him take his head out his azzz, but seems almost worst. he is fake, and i cant take his craap, one girl even quit because of him, a lot of people complain about him. whenever he works, my energy sort of is all of the place, iam very uneasy around him. you would think with mutual sun/venus aspects(conj) would make us get a long, but no not all...i guess he strikes a independent uranian feeling in me, the more he tries to control me, the less control he has...he hasnt mastered the art of being a "boss"....hes a brown nosing twit, who barely spell.

he is 2 faced, and drab. iam angry mostly..mostly because i like everyone there expect him, he makes my job suck when hes there, i just dont know how to handle the situation...quitting would be foolish because of 1 person,

anyone have any old wise advice to give a gal like me?
all and any advice at this point is welcomed.

Perhaps you could play some subtle jokes on him he wouldn't be able to find out about or something. That would be fun.

Just imagine you're in that comedy series, "The Office".

Find a different job.

A) He is the boss- do you really think he is ever going to feel the need to change?

B) Do you really even want to work for this guy if he is so bad?

If you can, get out.
If you can't right away, start plotting either a coup in which you take over in a blaze of glory, or start planning how to get a better job sometime soon.

Good Luck!

While my first thought is as Moonie said I realize this route may not be for everyone. It takes great courage and ambition to begin fresh. I REALLLLLlllllly like Listen To Trees advice because well, that's just me But, I see this as only a temporary solution to a permanent problem. Happy Dragon's link provides some excelent ideas! I most especially liked the idea of documentation of said events for use at a later time.
All the advice at this link is very reasonable and easily adapted to any work environment.

My heart goes out to you for having to cope with this loser. Good luck in whatever you decide to do with the situation at hand.

Writesomething have a look at thesoulmatecode.com I find it really helpful in situations where you have a person who nobody seems to get on with but can't understand why. sometimes just understanding where that person is at helps to work around the problems in communication.
