I think many things happen for a reason. I don't think that everything that happens is for a reason. Yes, mistakes happen. Mostly it is mistakes that happen.

I don't think that anything that has to do with our lives is due to fate. I do think that in many ways we create our own fate. Most things that happen in our lives is due to cause and effect. In other words, unwittingly we bring on a lot of the things that happen in our lives due to our actions.

Just my take on it.

There is an order to the Universe. Astrology supports this.

Everything does happen for a reason, whether or not we can figure out the reason at the respective point in time.

You might find similar subject on this at the Universal Codes thread.

I have often thought that the Universe does make mistakes. It's a concept we are always struggling with.

hmm...

maybe it's only what you "miss"

or what you "take".

Maybe that is up to you.

We all "miss" and "take." Everyone on the planet. It's part of questioning, learning and growing.

No one has all the answers. No one has a monopoly on the right answers either. We really just have our thoughts, opinions and concepts that could change on further evidence and further investigation.

Fate is a word invented by people to explain things that they have no logical answers for. I do not believe in fate.

I believe that everything can be explained logically... whether or not it is an explanation you and I can comprehend is another story.

I also believe in butterfly effects. Each of us do things each day that is considered part of our routine. What we do not take into account is that each time you move, breathe, take any action, you help shape something in the future a long time from now...

What we consider as "mistakes" are the actions we can actually see the results of in our lifetime. But it is really much more than that.

The important thing to remember is that chaos rules, no matter how much we might like to consult our books on statistics.

And we don't make mistakes, we have *learning experiences*

Love,
