Some of u know i have tried this many times but failed. But this time i have made myself proud. On 30th oct was the last cigratte i had. Finished with the brand i had started. It was not easy though. The first day the temption was unberable. But it aint that hard either.

Cmon guys. Just do it!

I am also in the midst of "quitting." I have been cutting down my consumption dramatically in the past 3 weeks... from a pack per day to about 5 or 6.

I have never ever EVER even thought seriously about quitting- so this is a huge step for me.

MK figures that getting cancer is a pretty good motivator to start thinking about quitting....

I also got a prescription of Chantrix to assist. I think this is going to be a hard road for me to follow. I normally scoff at any prescription drugs, but... sometimes you gotta look at the grey area.

I hope to do as well as you, Evolution.
