http://www.accesshollywood.com/article/8015/Janice-Dickinson-on-Britney-Spears:-and

Does anyone other than myself think that perhaps it is Janice Dickinson that needs to be slapped silly? Now I am not a fan of Britney and think she needs seeerious mental help but OMG where does Dickinson get off with her speeches. And not just about Britney. This is exactly what this woman is famous for. She insults everyone. Now thats just not cute anymore, not that it ever was.

quote:
"My opinion on Britney Spears, is Mrs. [Lynne] Spears should be jailed. Britney's mom is responsible for all this stuff going on."

Oh please! How easy it is to blame the parents for everything. She didn't abuse her form what I know so complete blame cannot be put on her...Jailed...I think Dickinson needs to learn that perhaps there are moments when ppl need to just not speak...so much...

quote:
I'd slap her silly! I'd slap the living s**t out of her!" Janice told Tony.

Ugh....this woman needs to shut up!

quote:
As for her thoughts on Dr. Phil, "I think Dr. Phil is pathetic. Pathetic sensationalism," she tells Access.

Okay one thing I would agree with as I am not a fan of Mr.Phil

Yeah, Janice is pretty crazy. Maybe it's one of those instances where "you hate in others what you hate in yourself."

I agree, BUD, that it isn't the fault of the parents in all cases. A parent loses control of the lives of their children at a certain point in their age. You can only hope that the values you instilled in your children eventually kick in.

This Janice Dickinson did tone it down a bit and hoped for the best for Spears and admitted that she was herself an alcoholic. She encouraged Spears to find a 12 step program. Of course, she said nothing in the interview about her Cocaine addiction.

At any rate, Britney Spears life is her own and she is past the age of 21 so she can live her life as she wants and it is no one else's business. Others don't have to like the things she does but really, it is none of their business. Sad though that her life and what she does meant losing even visitation rights with her children. You would think that alone would be a wake up call for her.

It's Paris Hilton I would like to slap. Just joking.

Britney needs to stop being so self destructive and take some time out in a retreat.

She seems to be facing a terrible inward battle between spirit and "identity".

None of that matters.

It's what's real that really matters.

Ah yes... Don't you just love the hypocritic stance of this world? You want people to get help, to actually go through rehab and be a productive member of society but at the same time, you wanna hound em down and practically present their lives under a microscope and blow even the most tinest aspects out of proportion...

And about her and Dr. Phil. I kinda find it amusing that her parents went to a celebrity talk-show-esque shrink to get her help from. Ummm, hasn't she been hounded by the media enough? And now you wanna broadcast her treatment all over the world? For the love of God, send her to a rehab center far away from prying eyes where she can actually get the help she needs...

And spankings are for Wimps .

A much better alternative Lol!

I agree too, Xodian

It's hard for people in Spears situation being a public figure though. The price of fame is that all you do is going to be in the public eye to be scrutinized.

Myself I think it was her fame that caused her breakdown. She never had any privacy from a very young age. Some people can't handle that.

But yeah, it does appear that society is way too willing to kick someone when they are down.
