I'm starting the Color Diet to balance the aura. Linda says to listen to heavy drum beat music (red mars music)Any suggestions besides marching bands?

...but not seriously on the Ronin Soundtrack, because even though there's some cool drumming there's probably not enough overall if you're looking for heavy drums.

I would recommend a style: Drum n Bass. I listen to this music and enjoy it. One of my favorites is Bass Invaderz by DJ Fresh. www.amazon.com/Bass-Invaderz-DJ-Fresh/dp/B0007D4MNQ Here is a vid of a fast player doing left hand tripplets->

Also it occurred to me that if a very organic sound appeals -that is both sensitive, spiritual, and sensual...the other side of martian energy that is quite red, Indian Tabla finger drums might do the trick.

I myself play drums, hmm... really there are SOoooooo many choices. I personally would take a walk downtown and enjoy the street musicians. In the area where I live there's always a bongo playin' combo to enjoy.

*This would help in two-fold as the walking would produce "exercise" in order to reach the music that makes your body crave to dance.

Key words here being "BONGO" these are deeper penetrating sounds for purposes of weight loss.

For home use I'd choose more Reggae style /Rock music.
