Ok yeah so I think Piano practice can take a back seat for the time being Lol!Have a look at this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lh0XLm0rpQ4&feature=related But I gotta say, that is a bit too choreographed as compared to a more professional Argentine Tango performance. Still, not that bad to look at. You know what's so good about Tango? Both partners are proactive in it. Both lead and both follow... And you just let your own instincts take over from there. EDIT: I usually can't stand modern remixes of classical pieces but you guys have to listen to Bond's rendition of Libertango: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdQmZlFTMzE IP: Logged |

Fabulous, now do you have a partner in which to practice with? The guy in the video was very appropriate looking however the females attire looked um...let's say out of place, trashy, LOL!
Do you have an outfit in mind in which to perform this dance? heee...heee...
Sweet! I loved the added edit! ------------------ Sendin' love your way, "your friend in spirit" IP: Logged |

I actually think her dress quite sensual but not too skanky . Very elegent and remember that this is Tango; Passion is important Lol!Partner: Yep . My girlfriend. I know this is an experience she will surely love. We both have been looking to do something togather for a while now and this should really do the job Lol! Outfit: Oh I think I can find something... I have had past experience dancing . Oh Skit night tells it all Lol! (Link removed: Don't wanna disrespect my friends and put up a pic without their concent.) The full Monty Ladies! LOL! But Argentine Tango will require professional help Lol! IP: Logged |

There are few things I love more in life than dance. That's a great video. I looked at some of their others, and this one is my favorite. http://youtube.com/watch?v=iEa76Sl28Hw Edit: Xodian, I agree, wonderful remix! I'm on my third listen.

Beautiful jane Really beautiful! Now that's what I'm talking about.... Her outfit looks way more appropriate here. Magnificent!!! Xodian, your girlfriend is very lucky to have you Most men are not at all interested in this sort of bonding. My hats off to you... btw my hubby also believes that the first outfit is innaproriate for the style of dance. This made me feel better, LOL! I'd hate to believe that I was being a prude or somethin' Heee...heeee... Matter of taste, I suppose... ------------------ Sendin' love your way, "your friend in spirit" IP: Logged |

Jane:Yeah ain't that track something ? It's done by this amazing All-girl string quartet group called "Bond." Talented ladies and no denying that they are beautiful as well Lol! I am not much of an interpertive dance person; Just not my taste. But its indeed beautiful to look at. YFIS: Lol! I can't see how any guy wouldn't wanna learn to do the Tango. Seeing your significant other in a very sexy dress, and then passionately leading them across the dance floor? Its practically sex Lol! Which would explain why the Archbishop of Paris had it banned it in the 1920s. About the dress: Well as you said its all a matter of taste. To me, elegance is essential when it comes to art and the movement involved in it. What's more alluring then the curves of an alluring woman as she passionately expresses herself through Tango? Its the same with Nude paintings. IP: Logged |
