An optimist may see a light where there is none, but why must the pessimist always run to blow it out? Michel De Saint-Pierre IP: Logged |

nice.but how about this: The optimist expects the door to be unlocked, and is frequently disappointed. The pessimist expects the door to be locked, and often wastes time looking for keys. The one without expectations is pleasantly surprised when the door is unlocked, and when it is locked he is not discouraged while retrieving the key. Or something. Love IP: Logged |

Love that quote, thirteen I am laughing because I have found from my experience of being an optimist that the blowing out part is very true. Liked the Or something too, Steve. That would probably be the definition of a realist. IP: Logged |
