We can’t escape problems and negativity. Escaping just brings denial and suppression - we continue to carry the problem with us. Ironically, it is our lack of acceptance and resistance to the problem that creates the pain. Resistance builds up an energy wall or block that, if not discharged, gets suppressed into the body. These blocks identify places where we have not enough understanding or love.

For health, we must work through what we seek to avoid. How do we do this? We can love parts of ourselves that we don’t like. We can seek the lessons we are being invited to learn through the problem. We can examine our beliefs and seek to see different perspectives and a bigger picture. As our perspectives grow, more of life makes sense and has meaning.

I was wondering...

You post a lot of these threads, and they all look very similar, with a quote at the beginning, a short exposition in the middle, and another quote or two at the end. So, I'm wondering, are you writing the middle part, the unquoted part? Because it is never attributed to anyone, I just assumed it was your own work. Now I'm wondering if you just get a newsletter or something. If so, you could just post the link, and, anybody who wants to receive that newsletter can do so, and get these messages right in their inbox every morning. On the other hand, if this is your original work, I was thinking that, since they are all so similar, you could just start a thread, "Solane's Inspirational Post Place" or something like that, and you could collect them there, instead of starting a new thread (or four) every morning, you know? Then we'd have them all in one place. How cool would that be?!

I happen to like the posts.

I can see how they each work as a whole in themselves,
and how each one you post addresses a new insight.

I've praised you on them before,
although I assumed the unquoted parts were original.
It makes no real difference if they are original,
and I did not mean that as a dig, or anything.

I was just making a suggestion for you.

If you get these in a newsletter,
you could post the link, and, then,
you wouldnt have to post them everyday,
because those of us who appreciate them
would already get them in our email,
without taking up more board space here.

Or, like I said, you could give them a thread,
and just bump the thread everyday with the latest insight.
This would also help to conserve board space.

If you think these are not good ideas,
then, please, feel free to disregard them.
