that there are many of us here who have gotten to know each other "off site"? So the casual observer might have a hard time understanding what these fusses are about. Not really "about" but there is more that goes or has gone on than meets the eye. Some people that seem to be over-reacting or acting like babies are just more karmically involved with others, i guess you could say?

We are all connected in this sometimes dysfuntional family and deep down all everyone really wants is peace and to be loved.

There is so much you can learn from these situations if you open up and try. Those who seem like our enemies really our greatest teachers and the ones we have the most to learn from. That's what i've observed in my short time on this earth anyway.

{{{{HUGS}}}}}

I posted this in another thread, it might sound corny to some but I feel its so true:

quote:
(Yes, I used to like Belinda when I was a kid).

To all the knowflakes at LindaLand:

We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...

Here is my case
We've got no time to waste
Cuz we want the same thing

We're fighting a war
But we don't know what for
Cuz we want the same thing

I know we're different now
Different as night and day

But still I want you
I just want you to stay

I wanna take this chance
I want to be with you
Cuz what you're looking for
I am looking for too

We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
And all that we need is to
See it together
We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
For now, for love, forever, amen

I look in your eyes and
I know deep inside that
We want the same thing

Breaking the chains that
Just keep us in shame
Cuz we want the same thing

No matter what we say
No matter what we do
Beyond the battlelines
Baby we know what's true

We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
And all that we need is to
See it together
We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
For now, for love, forever, amen

We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...

We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
And all that we need is to
See it together
We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
For now, for love, forever, amen

We dream the same dream
We want the same thing ...ooh...
(repeat till fade)

Not the first time that I've admired your wisdom, T

Agreed!! For the casual observer, the bonds between those of us here with a lot of history and water under the bridge are not really visible. The ties that come from day to day interaction and building on the foundations of friendship -- even if we do not associate Offline -- are not visible to a casual observer unless they are very perceptive. We feel more strongly about things that may seem trivial to the outsider/observer because we have lived with these people on our messageboards and they ARE a part of our "Real Lives" and our hearts.....

Well, childish squabbles are part of real life, unless you seek to avoid them. Reading it is quite tedious. I skim read most of yesterday's efforts, few people had anything of interest to say, and none of them were lingering on FFA. If the site content doesn't improve I doubt I will be the only person who won't bother reading or posting.
