More silly questions so we can all have fun whilst we get through the working day. Who has been the biggest influence in your life? Why do you post on Lindaland? What is your favourite type of music (genre, band, whatever)? Which movie star would you fight over? How did you celebrate your last birthday? IP: Logged |

Biggest influence? - ah, it's hard to admit, oh probably Mr Blue Moon don't tell him I said it, though Why post? - a fun break from complicated work tasks, to talk and learn about astrology Music your ears like? - the old Irish traditional always gets me going, it's in the blood Movie star fight? - me and my niece would fight it out over this fella: She'd win though, being younger, prettier and sweeter-natured, oh, and blonde. Last birthday? Couple of drinks down the pub with my old Pa, ate something there, nothing fancy

Who has been the biggest influence in your life? Bill Hicks. He had humanity nailed. He is the only person I laugh out loud to when I'm on my own. Why do you post on Lindaland? Because I had a lucid dream about Linda after reading her books and it occurred to me that there might be some people on the tinternet who would not think that was bonkers so I searched 'Linda Goodman' and the rest was history. What is your favourite type of music (genre, band, whatever)? Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Nick Cave, PJ Harvey, Tom Waits. Any music where the musician can actually play/sing/has something to say and you sit there going 'Wow'. Which movie star would you fight over? Jake Gyllenhaal. He is sooooo gorgeous he makes my eyes hurt. How did you celebrate your last birthday? I hosted a joint Halloween party with 2 friends whose birthdays are close and it was legendary. I dressed up as the Wicked Witch of the West with the ruby slippers and everything. 'I'll get you my pretty, and your lil dog too' Nice work distraction, ta muchly!

Oh, how old is he? About 30? That should be enough energy for us all. What is it about him? I like the funny shaped fingers, O.K better stop there. p.s weird also, I saw a Pink Floyd tribute band over the weekend - they were excellent, did a lot of the early stuff.

1. ... That's a hard one. It's kind of a tie between my grandma and my two guitar teachers.2. I post on LL because I like Linda Goodman, obviously, and I wanted to talk about astrology. That's why I came here to begin with. I like the people though. 3. I like pretty much all kinds of music excluding most rap and a lot of contemporary and old hymnnal Christian music. I love blues, blues based rock, and jazz best of all. I'm a sucker for bluegrass and Irish music too. 4. Ohhh, another hard one... Jimmy Stewart! Clint Eastwood, maybe. I likes me the old men. Matthew McConaughey too. I wouldn't fight over them, but they are sexy. I'd fight with my cousin over younger Sean Connery. 5. I didn't do much for my birthday. My little cousin has the same birthday as I do, so we had a Winnie the Pooh birthday and I just sort of sat there. IP: Logged |

Who has been the biggest influence in your life? - My mother. Why do you post on Lindaland? - I feel at home here, strangely. There aren't many judgmental people. What is your favourite type of music (genre, band, whatever)? - all genres are good with me. In one day I could listen to Enya, Slipknot, Dr. Dre, Toni Braxton and Silverchair. Which movie star would you fight over? - Leonardo Di Caprio. He's lovely. How did you celebrate your last birthday? - I can't remember, and that means it sucked, or did it? Yeah, it usually entails a day alone, thinking about accomplishments not accomplished and tears... but I always feel better afterward. BR, I have missed you. IP: Logged |
