uk folk .. just a note whilst i'm in the area .. ;-)batten down the hatches .. there looks to be a big one on the way ,, watch out for flying trees and roof slates .. keep clear of high sided HGV's .. leave the mortorcycle at home .. take roller skates and umbrella instead .. keep the small kiddies grounded with a bungie cord .. coastal areas said to be expecting violent waves due to the tide plus wind .. ~ http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/uk_forecast_warnings.html ~ ~ http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/surface_pressure.html ~ monday's pic .. i can allready feel a headache from the approaching low pressure system .. :-/ IP: Logged |

Wind and rain howled all night, it's calm now, but still drizzling with rain. The cat isn't very impressed. This is blue moon, Lindaland's West Midlands correspondant for the Breakfast News. Back to the studio. IP: Logged |

I used to live on the south coast, there were always winds and storms in winter. A town on hill by the sea - not a good idea. But then building on flood plains seems popular, as well. IP: Logged |
