My new neighbors are annoying the beegeeuz out of me. They leave their windows open, and their baby is always crying half the time. Its getting ridiculous. I want to say something, but dont need the drama.

A cheap pair of earplugs muffle a reasonable amount of sound. Good for nightime if you are getting a lot of sound breaking up your sleep. No good for hardcore snoring next to your ear (after a few beverages mr blue moon is VERY LOUD).

Daytime I go for blasting out MTV or a CD (not on an adjoining wall). This has worked for a variety of scenarios including road works outside my house and a persistently ringing house alarm. I called the police but it seems I had disturbed their donut break.

There's a crying baby next door to me ~ she has her ritual about 2am. Her mother gets up and sorts her out, and I roll over back to sleep. All day would be annoying. My nipples would be bleeping like radars!
