i was watching the news nonstop for almost a week, and started getting these panic attacks...i realized it was the tv/news...and have vowed not to watch it until at least thursday after that, i will try to limit it to 2 days a week. too much gloom and doom...

I've been like that for some time. Can't watch the news. I get my news online. At least I can select which articles I want to read or be exposed to.

i dont mind the news usually, but lately its gotten 100xs worse because the economy, the elections, and everything going to sh1ts.

The media motto is "there are NO good news". Luckily these days they don't have to search real hard so they just can't get enough of all this misery. Personally, I try to get my news share from Bill O'Reilly and Jon Stewart exclusively Less depressing that way

The only thing more depressing is reading my bank statements.

Oh, and the the monthly lectures I have to dish out, right before I bang my head against the wall a few times.
