i have no problem to admit that i have been wrong and if this is the case, after having been convinced, i'll admit my mistake but so far, i stand by what i said, which is that fister is playing mindgames with the intention to create controversy. i like controversy too, just watch! but i also like it when people have the balls to acknowledge the reason behind their actions. all i can see behind fister's comments is a desire to upset or ridicule posters. and because of that, my attitude toward fister is to ridicule it. expect to have me on your back.IP: Logged |

praeIf you read the posts, Fist sounds very very young. Those comments come off as a lack of maturity which stems from the lack of life experience that goes with that. I don't know much about you, not had much to do with you in the threads, but Zala holds you in very high regard and Zala is really good people, which makes me think you are too. If you have a real problem with Fist, maybe you should take it up with Randall or the Mods, rather than becoming what you're complaining someone else is - and something that I don't think you are. Eh, who doesn't. We're all equally human. There aren't enough hours in the day for me to tell you a small portion of my character flaws. IP: Logged |

I am going to disagree with PeaceAngel on this one. Ex-football hooligans have written autobiographies detailing how some of the worst offenders were middle-aged people with professional jobs. 20 years later the 'net provides more opportunities for recreational misbehaviour. Lindaland is far too mild an environment to be of much lasting interest in this capacity.

"Oh Randall, please help me. I've created a war in my head that doesn't even exist."You know, there's a post about your shadow on the main Astrology page. Am I activating something? I think it starts with you. IP: Logged |

bmI agree. You're right. I just don't like to see people go against their personal integrity. No matter how anyone else conducts themselves, we have our own values. That's a big compromise. IP: Logged |

During a discussion on one place I posted, one of the less controlled types chimed in about her job. She worked as head nurse on the A & E ward on an inner city hospital. It all started to make sense, she must have had a need to unwind. The release of the inner bully is another odd 'net phenomenon. Maybe it is just easier to behave in such a manner online. It's a rare individual that would barge into someone's bar conversation and start making silly comments to try and upset them, isn't it?

Not sure what to make of this statement. It'srather disturbing to think that people here wil only like you as long as someone else is generous enough to "validate" your worthy existence?? quote:

fist is good people. i've seen his compassion shine through on many threads. bear in mind that just because he does away with the 'niceties' we've come to associate with GOODNESS, does not mean he is a "bad" person, or is worthy of banning. good lord, what's next? as far as i can see, he gets people thinking and encourages a lot of interesting debates and discussions. relax. plus i happen to think he's pretty hilarious. i think most people miss his subtle humour. well this is true. but to be emotionally disturbed by this is kinda silly don't you think? i haven't seen him be cruel (maybe i missed something); i've only seen him defend himself in unconventional ways when attacked (misunderstood). i say live and let live. and don't forget that when something offends or disturbs you, you should be focusing on your own reactions first and foremost, and discovering their origin. take responsibility for your own feelings and you'll be far less offended in life.IP: Logged |

sorry peace, i wasn't annoyed at you. i've just seen a lot of negative remarks sent his way about his chart evasion and i was speaking generally on the subject. i can get passionate, especially in matters that have an aquarian flavour (controversy, being different or weird, inculsion vs. disclusion, emotions taking over reasoning ability, blah blah). blame it on merc conj mars in aquarius!IP: Logged |

heart cakesIt's all good. I didn't think you were directing it at me. Fist has his fans and those that don't agree with him. He certainly evokes strong responses. IP: Logged |
