Venus seems to have disappeared...

I'm a bit late to the party, but, Venus, I've been reading some of your posts lately and I wondered if I missed something at the beginning???

I'm trying to determine what it is that you're angry about-- in a nutshell-- and I can't figure it out.

Puzzled...

future

It could just be a case of media overload. I used to watch the news ravenously & it would send me into depression. Let's face it the media are doom & gloom merchants sometimes & to those who have a very sensitive & empathetic view of humanity can suffer from over exposure.

But this is just my opinion.

Spunknini... that's a very empathetic response. And it makes a lot of sense. Nicely done.

spunknini, good one. i was getting the same impression myself. sometimes i get so magnetized by a subject i cannot get off it!! and then one day the spell breaks and i think -wtf was i getting so worked up about. which is why i suggested venus let the bee out of her bonnet. all in good time i'm sure...but she also comes from a culture that does not encourage feminism or so her perception is bound to be slanted at first..
