Dear knowflakes,I'm just starting this thread as a gentle reminder to myself & anyone else who may want to join in, to apply the positive power of the Law of Attraction (LOA) to bettering the economic situation both here in the US and world-wide. At this time, I don't have specific suggestions or thoughts on _how_ to improve it, just that if we could all change our thoughts about it from the fear-based negativity to the positive, we would be changing the vibrational energy of so many, and could cause a shift. So, I'm just getting the ball rolling here.. I think we could use the positive power of LOA not only in this situation, but also toward the healing of crises of all kinds (ill health, paucity of resources, war) world-over. This is just for starters..

I agree, Sunshine!
I think we do spend a lot of time worrying about it - but I think it's kind of like a magnifying glass effect as well, to an extent....we focus so much on this, and I always here people talking about how terrible the economy is lately. I know it is, but i think there are still people out there who are doing just fine...starting new businesses, etc.
I know of a few people whose businesses have thrived right now despite all the set-backs. Maybe if we can also look at some of the successful businesses which are still around, then we can see that nothing's impossible...just to balance out the energies a bit at least, and bring hope to those having a hard time right now IP: Logged |

IT WORKS EVERYIME
But i did post better resources that tweak it out for the user. And my personal experience and advice. For the LOA to work for your goal - it must involve people known or unkown to you right ? They will help be channels for you and bring about the circumstances you want and need right ? It worked for me ONLY after i opened myself to being a channel for others. I offered free Psychis readings on this site and another - BANG i found a healer who helped me so i can accomplish MY golas. The more people you open up to be a part of your universe the better it gets.The more you think of every unmet person as a opart of your Universe the more strangers that you need to bring about your dream will do so. The more you isolate yourself from the fact that ALL IS ONE - the lesser the chances of it working for you. Actually it wont - AT ALL. IP: Logged |

i live in a very affluent area where most people are barely feeling pinched despite the mortgage situation and general recession. however because they have been so bombarded with fear and "depression" talk they are sitting on their hands (and money) and MAKING THE SITUATION WORSE. bush was right that going out and spending money is a LOA process that brings more money to EVERYONE. (that ought to shock some of the people who think i am a socialist in capital letters!!) however his paltry couple hundred dollars was not going to do it...there ARE plenty of people who are doing okay still, and even those of us who are not well off can enact the "pay it forward" step by remembering we are still better off than a lot of people and can still be generous.and the loa is another way of saying the golden rule...so go do unto others and SMILE! paramahansa yoga said smiling was so important that even if you have to use your fingers to pull up the corners of your mouth, it is worth doing. i agree! Personally, I'm glad the LOA doesn't always work. My Virgo heart can imagine lots of bad stuff happening that ultimately never comes to fruition.IP: Logged |

but it does, AG, its just that most of us spend half the day attracting one thing and the rest of the day negating it. in words i read somewhere, if you go around all morning asking for blue, then all afternoon asking for yellow, you will get green. and have NO IDEA where it came from!
