I've dropped in a few times and was intrigued...I didn't know about lexis at all.(Am looking for Linda's Star signs) So I finally decide to give it a try and ...well, when I use my name do I use all of it? nicknames and all or hte used name? first and last?
I'm a great believer in 'signs' given by Fate. While doing my name ,for the first time I got
HELP ME ,LION
ONE LONE CHIME

now htat is so appropriate at the moment of course I kind of went off the path with

NINE NEON MICE ELOPE

and PHONE NICE MEN and HEEL,HELLION

although the mice and hellion comment do fit somehow
I used my letters... that would be

HCEEEEIIONNMLP
I find a list of words and then I compose phrases? guided by those word elves? great way tostimulate the subconscious!

I think the best way to get into Lexigrams is to read star signs from chapter on onwards. The Lexi chatpter puts it all into perspective for you (although I've read it about 50 times) and off you go.

However, you may have already read star signs (in a diff 'time') and only nead to remember.

I have a set routine for getting into the right 'mood' to do a lexi but each person follows their own format.

You sound like you're off to a great start! check out the post 'lexigram questions and answers' and any questions you might have just ask away!!

When doing a name, I would usually use the names used most often which is first and Last. If you want to use first/last/middle then thats fine too as long as they dont contain all 5 vowels and no more than 15 letters!!

Eg. Amie June Bobs Could not be lexi'd as she has all 5 vowels. But if you take out her middle name you can lexi Amie Bobs!

Hope that helps!!!

I had forgotten 2 letters RR so I started all over again.I have many words and I am trying to put them in some sort sequence but I have found a few words that kind of find an echo? in my mind and its...eery. Also words taht are harsh? and that's unsettling. But I like this exercices different brain muscles ...I have a few phrases that really link with me at the moment so that's interesting. If you'd like I might post them later...my maternatl language is french as is my name...I am alos lexiing in french...not hte same effect at all!
