I am very confused. When somebody uses Ever Never or stress too much on them. I feel that he/she is lying. The statement he is giving at that time does not mean anything.

Why? Is lexigramming helps me to understand?

It does seem to be driving the nail home a little too hard doesn`t it?
Some people are just expressive and use as many words as they can to get where they`re going.
... And some mean it. They`ve expressed the sentiment so often they want to stress the fact.
... Or they just don`t hear how redundant it sounds.

I`m just throwing out possabilities so try lexigraming it and see what you find.
