When you lexi someone's name, do you go by the name at time of birth, or name at the time? Or even nick name.

It's their preferred name. The name they like to use most often at that time.

Your full name is insightful - aswell as easier to lexi - especially if you still use it occassionally i.e on job applications, passports etc. Just my
