Hi, alanabelle86. I don't know if you've read Star Signs or not but Linda does go over the rules for Lexigramming in it thoroughly. Of course, not everyone does it her way but it's a good start, imo and I enjoy her method. To make it easy, just start looking for words in your name. Remember not to use more letters than you have ... ie, your name has only one letter 'i'. You can thus only make words with one letter 'i'. However, you can make words with up to four letter 'a's. So yes, just start looking for words in your name. Don't worry about it, just look and write them down as you go. You'll find you fall into the same or a similar mental state as when you're reading a book. Keep looking for words until you feel comfortable, there is no need to try to force every conceivable word out. Then just run your eyes over the list of words you have. You'll see certain words "pop" out at you, or get your attention, and that they can be strung together with other words. Let yourself string the words together as they come to you and don't worry about meanings or order. Oftentimes, you find simply phrases or word groups. Allow yourself to arrange them in the way they make sense to you and that "feels" right ... always go with your intuition. Good Luck! And feel free to share your findings here or ask for help any time. IP: Logged |

------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice," said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." Lewis Carroll IP: Logged | |
