perhaps RA (in raise and raze) has a deliberate intention here....i.e. though there were those who wished to demolish Jesus the Nazarene...to tear him and his message down to the ground (raze)...in so doing, they 'raised' him up....as they raised him on the cross....through this action he was elevated and lifted up....to 'build' heaven on earth. he was 'raised' on the third day, from death, from being in 'the ground'... he was 'razed', in order to be 'raised'.... interesting....? as above, so below...
