I'm curious as to an opinion.

I am torn between Oliver Lennon and Bennett Gabriel. Oh.. edited to say; Elliot Lennon is there too.
Also.. if it's 'Bennett' I tend to write it with only one t on the end, I don't know why, I always seem to have to correct it.

So......... what do you think?

my last name has four syllables and ends in an O

It's kinda' hard for me to get a good lexi feel off something without the whole name. I could take a look at them all together if you want to email it to me. You can even scramble the letters if you'd like. I'd be happy to do it.

Not a big fan of the name Oliver but that's a personal bias against someone I knew with that name so you can just ignore me on that if you want, lol. (Well, I mean, you could just ignore me anyway. ) The other two sound really nice to me, though. I can't make up my mind between them.

Thanks, Eleanore!

I actually just wanted to write it out and send it to the ethers, anyway.
I think it will be Elliot now.
Because Hubby doesn't like Oliver either.
hehe.

Elliot was on my list from the get go, he poo pooed on it ( memories!) so we moved on to every known name combination imaginable and vacillated and oscillated and tintillated and rated and abated.(and we hated a bunch)

When I wanted Oliver, he steamrolled Oliver, then we looked at a list, and he said "What about Elliot?" and I said "Okay, DONE."

It works.

I think I'm going to wait until after I'm committed to lexi it.
I like it better that way.. it has to feel right inside first. (The one psychic assurance I have been missing that keeps me poring over names, never satisfied)

How's your little munchkin?

Oliver??? Really???

There must be something in the ethers about this name...my bestest friend who is due in May has chosen this for her boy...

i find it fascinating when (somewhat) uncommon names suddenly rise to the top of consciousness...

or maybe pix- you picked it out of my head?

LOL

Maybe......

But nope, it's going to be Elliot Lennon.
That's it.. that's the one.

Hubby didn't like Oliver, I think it's the britishness of it, women think its cute, boys think its geeky.

Now to get him to come now that he has a name....

( where are those herbal remedies!?)

I’LL NOT TELL LIES TO LENIENT ONE

I’LL NOT TIE ELITE NOTION TO LENT

I’LL NOT LET ON; LIE
ELITE LET ON; LIE
NOT I
NO

Black Cohosh will see to it that you go into labor. It was recommended to me by my midwife. It says on the bottle not to take it if you're pregnant... because it'll make you have the baby at any gestation! It's also great for PMS (once you get back there!) I started taking it on my due date with my first babe. She was born within 48 hours. 16 hours of labor, that one!

I also hear that Red Raspberry Leaf tea is good. I don't think it is as powerful as Black Cohosh.

Best of luck, buddy ol' pal! I you!

Coolness ladies!!!
Thanks!!!!
I love this stuff!!!!

I'm going in for a stretch and sweep on the 1st. Hopefully that'll get things going!
I'm gearing up. Everything lately is leading to eventual labour.
I've been doing the red raspberry leaf tea!!!( Since about 33 weeks) Good suggestion! It's a uterine tonic.

In terms of the cohosh.. there's blue and black.. my midwife won't suggest it unless I'm post date, from what I understand.

right back atcha!!!

Elliot Lennon is lovely!
How's everything going? How are you feeling?

I decided to try to give it a shot as it is:

ONE NOTE
LITE TONE
NO TIN IN IT

TOO LENIENT?
I LION!
I NO TOOL

NO LIE
NO ILL NOTION IN I

As long as your last name doesn't have a "y" and an "s" together then the word "yes" won't cancel out any of the "no's".

Really, really like the name! It sounds distinguished and intelligent without being at all snooty. And it sounds like it belongs to a handsome man which I'm sure he will be.

My little munchkin is doing great, thanks. He's already a ladies man and he's not even two, lol ... the way he flirts with all the girls and how they play right into his teeny tiny hands astounds me. Just growing up too fast for my taste. I want my little puddle of love goo back sometimes. But he's amazing and I just adore him ... and I'll keep rambling with pride unless I stop myself, hehe.

Best of luck with your new little one!

Aww, thanks!

Yes, I know what you mean about a little puddle of love.. there is nothing quite like a little boy baby loving his mama.

"I NO TOOL"

No indeed!

haha.. I love it.
Yes, the name is here to stay. I am truly in love with it, and that was what was missing before.
