They are accurate ANAGRAMS and except for two which make better Lexigrams due to the use of contractions.

A DECIMAL POINT:
Anagrammed it becomes:
I'M A DOT IN PLACE

However because one cannot have "I AM" along with "A DOT IN PLACE"
in this anagram, it is cheating by using the contraction I'M in lieu of I AM.
It makes a better Lexigram;

I AM A DOT IN PLACE

Same goes for this one:

Anagrammed it becomes:
LIES - LET'S RECOUNT

This would make a better Lexigram due to the
use of the contraction "LET'S in lieu of "LET US"

An anagram is a simple Lexigram.
However a Lexigram is not always an Anagram.
