If someone has a "junior" or "III" ("third") as part of their name, do you include that?

If I've included this sig, it's because I'm posting from a mobile device.
Please excuse all outrageous typos and confusing auto-corrects.

In my opinion,
YES!
It is a valid part of their FULL BIRTH NAME;
And can reveal when Lexigrammed,
their life path potentials.
III would be spelled out as THIRD
and JR as JUNIOR.

Example here also including his title in addition to his name.
One can add nicknames, as they can reveal how others perceive us.
Titles such as Dr.=DOCTOR, can reveal aspects of how we are and are perceived professionally.
Thirty-Eighth President, Gerald Rudolph Ford Junior

Cool.

I'm going to work on one, then.
Well, I will once I'm around pen and paper - that's the way that works for me

Thank you!
Biographical Lexigrams are hard to do but fun!
My one on Buzz Aldrin's mother and how she viewed her son was a rough one. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum8/HTML/001879.html
