Can not sue.
Why?
Because it happened in the Emergency Room and there is no proof that it happened because I did not get a requisition for the CAT with contrast. The tech had the order directly from the on call ER physician who did not read my chart and note severe drug reactions;
and then the order was immediately destroyed when I refused to be injected with the dye that could have killed me.
So it is our word against theirs.
Taking a hidden tape recorder with me from hereon if I can.

It really stinks when taking care of people becomes such a shady business.
