I like 'Shogun' the word as well.
Did you know there was a book and film named Shogun, widely acclaimed in America?

The Middle East does have many lovely places, I've seen in photos and film.

I used to know a lady from Vietnam. She was very nice. The videos of Vietnam I've seen, show very exotic tropics. I think people do visit there. Rainforests and Desserts are beautiful. You should see which places are good to visit for you.
