Hey - a new thing to eat BBQ food off, made from 100% biodegradable plates! The journey of a potato from the field to our plates, as you know, usually includes a potato machine. They are blasted with water and scrubbed and pushed through a tube with sharp blades. The starch in the waste water is extracted (the remaining clean water is reused in the machine) and the dried starch from this is used to make 'Potatopak' plates and trays! Here's how to get hold of these non-toxic, biodegradable lovelies! http://www.potatoplates.com/index.pasp

Haha Xelena - possibly!! You say the unexpected funniest things!Yin, it's likely someone in the US will make them now the ideas out there - maybe Potatopak have rights to the idea or something? If they haven't already - I reckon they'll move out soon, although you can buy on the net for now ------------------ "In the province of the mind, what one believes to be true either is true or becomes true." Well y'see that was my plan all along - darn it Randall!!! Y'got me... Ok..Ok.. yep.. *sigh* The plates were gonna be a party trick, so that when I started to bring out my own toppings and ate them..I'd spur more rumours of me being a sooper hero more than usual "How'd she do that??" I'd go "Pah.. a trained art m'dears, a trained art." *adjusting imaginary tie*Or.. Craftily replace real plates at a restaurant and gleefully watch the general panic Hang on.. butter and sour cream??.. Add some tortillas, cheese and salsa dip and I'm in heaven baby!!!! Double or.... Line the plates with scone filling.. and add butter, normal cream and jam and .. I think I'm hungry again?!! Darn my appetite! *dropped laptop, collect keys, door slams, patterpatterpatter....*

Hello dear Nephthys!I'm well thank you, good to see old friends here as I haven't posted in quite a while. I'm working in central London and living in south. I'm also doing a music project at the moment which is taking up some time but is more like a labor of love really. I hope you and Jasmine are well? On a brief visit to Heathcliffe's I read she won something on Dogster? Would you please resend me your postal address to sheaa.olein@gmail.com? Lots of love IP: Logged |

A potato spoon? I might accidently eat the spoon with a bite of the meal. ------------------ "There is no use trying," said Alice; "one can't believe impossible things."
