Hedgewitch Salome, I've been called all sorts since I came to Lindaland, so naturally I value your respect. I hesitate to say I'm concerned for you only because concern is cheap on the Internet. When one is doing certain kinds of work it is easy to start feeling disconnected, rudderless. Of course women often seek to ground themselves by having babies. The person who used to be known as Atlantic Myst shows an understanding of the possible problems. She has changed her name countless times, but her new name is always connected with her other names. She received a lot of stick and people thought she was dishonest but I'd say she did it in an honest way.

dearest maklhouf ~i think that's a sentiment of kindness
emanating from you....thank you. 
i have not forgotten your concern either
regarding our auto accident....at which
time your suggestion was that i take up
martial arts again.... a rather mysterious thing to say, i thought,
and yet, i feel i quite understood.
except that i didn't recall having ever
stated that i had practiced a martial art,
although i might have....anyway, just that
you must have remembered that, or divined
it, touched me... thanks for caring. and well, i know that your overall position on the phenomenon of children...people's
motives, etc, is one of essentially
disapproval and skepticism, and here is
one of those issues on which i enjoy
your perspective, but maintain a very
different outlook. i think babies are magical beings and
that helping them enter our earth plane,
in an atmosphere of love and light, is
one of the most healing things for our planet,
the ultimate celebration of life. their
little souls are longing to bring goddess
and god closer to earth, if we can just
let them, without interrupting their
missions too too much with our corrupted
and twisted notions. babies come to teach us about goddess.

Well hello again Salome, I don't know exactly what is going on, but I think your friends are making trouble for me in O&A. Anyway I had to take some time to digest your opinion of me as shown here. Americans have a reputation for insincere flattery, but you certainly don't suffer from the national weakness.
Supposing you are still interested in the subject, or for anyone who is. I have been thinking about the themes of confronting death machines etc. The military is complex and touchy as a subject, but the slaughterhouse motif puts me in mind of another American lady. I forget everything about her, including her name, but she is autistic and has used her experience as a frightened autistic person to design ways and means to make the last moments of life more bearable for the animals en route to slaughter. But I suppose she could just have opened a vegetarian restuarant in front of the slaughterhouse.------------------
