My, my, my, what a storm we're having! We've had terribly cold weather, and now a thrashing rainstorm with 60 mph winds! We have thunderstorm warnings for our county, and Napa even has a tornado warning! What? I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore! How will Santa and Rudolph get through?

Santa always finds a way.

Oh silvermoon, Oh cool, you are from Monterey! Did you see the forecast of back to back rainstorms coming in? Today it's clear and we're taking full advantage. Speaking of, I need to go throw the ball for my dog right now.

Hi Nephthys

It has been raining on and off here since my last post. I kinda like it.There was a beautiful mist rising over the fields out towards the ocean earlier.
Have a great holiday and enjoy that doggie of yours !

Santa, Rudolph and the rest of the Reindeer made it through. They arrived very early in the evening on Xmas Eve.
It rained all day on Xmas Day.
Yesterday we had a break of rain for 1 day, now we have another big storm coming in and expect rain through the New Year.
Today I saw the cutest Rudolph at a card store. When you press his back, his nose lights up, his little tail wags, and he is supposed to sing, but the last one they had didn't sing, and his body was all dirty. (so I didn't get him) So if anyone sees one and he is on sale, you can get him for me.

Will be on the lookout for one mechanical Rudolf that isn't broken !

I did see an adorable bear doll, all dressed in elegant frills, that sings "I Will" by the Beatles, sigh... I was tempted to buy it for myself, but it wouldn't be as romantic as receiving one as a gift now would it ?

Happy New Year ! (almost),

silvermoon

PS: Looks like that Tropical Storm front from Hawaii will be hitting Cali soon. Batten down the hatches !

Yes but my philosophy is......if you want something bad enough where you would keep thinking about it, and would feel like you were missing out if you didn't get it, then you should get it. So my vote is go get the bear!

Oooh Cool! I didn't know it's a tropical storm!!! I love warm pineapple weather!!
Today the sun and blue skies broke out!!!

Are you male or female and how old are you?

Silvermoon,

I am a little Earth Girl whose earthlanding occured 40 years ago!

The Pineapple Express needs to come fast ~ it is so freaking cold today ~ Brrrr I can feel the wet cold go right to my bones. Today we have another break in the rain, and starting tonight or late this afternoon, we expect rain through next week.

Yes, more rain !
I've decided to go up to the mountains where it's turning to snow.
Hope to spend New Year's there in frosty oblivion...

See you all in 2006!
