Ever seen it? It looks kind of like a coleus with really pretty white and green leave. The leaves are big and super delicious. I am making sauteed peppers with coconut oil, this herb and basil.------------------

It is magical, Randall. I wish I could make you some collards sauteed in coconut oil, garlic and this.
I just found out that the healthiest oil to cook with is coconut oil. I wanted to pass that on if you, or anyone, was interested.------------------

You have to get a good quality one so get it at a high quality health food store or Amazon. My health food store guy says it is the best cooking oil, by far. It is super good. Today, I rubbed collard greens in coconut oil and baked them. They were really good. I will help you get a brand on Amazon, if you want. ------------------

Umm My health food guy store bottles his own but go on Amazon and read reviews. get a good quality one.------------------
