Yep, just got the seeds. They are teeny and have to be started in small pots.

My goal is to grow greens because those are the best for juice. I juice 3 cups of greens a day

So, collard greens, malabar spinach and callaloo can take the heat.

No chia seeds are different. With these, they have to be planted.

I mean, you could eat them but they are the tiniest seeds I have ever seen but they are ready to be eaten as full plants in 30 days which is rare.

The plants are coming up. They have everything good but i wonder how they taste

Yes, chaia can be used to thicken anything. I have some here but have not used them like you can thicken a smoothie or something like that with chai seeds like make a banana pudding or something of that nature.

I have not tried one yet but I really want them to juice so even if I don't like them, I don't care but how bad could a spinach like veggie be

The collards are almost gone, so I need to plant more greens. I will keep you posted how they taste, Randall.

I really like to try exotic foods and they are a Jamaciian staple so that makes them more interesting.

Callaloo is really, really pretty. It looks like the spade shape in the card deck.
