I was going to sell collard greens to the natural restaurant near me. However, the bugs made them too ugly for a restaurant, even though I could still use them.I did not want to use a chemical pesticide but found Neem Oil. It is totally amazing and non toxic. ------------------

There may be a food grade one. You can use neem oil for skin conditions and it is known for that.
I am not sure about the eating part. However, it it totally non toxic to use, touch etc.
