Did you all see the Monsanto article in The Mountain Astrologer magazine? It is FREE to read or download on the TMA website...

In through the Out Door: The Cosmic Signature of Monsanto & GMOs

"Though Monsanto often seems to enjoy existence as an immortal corporation, its chart is clearly sensitive to transits. And there is a big one coming. The Jupiter–Saturn conjunction at the core of Monsanto’s chart is about to experience an extraordinarily rare transit: a simultaneous conjunction from Pluto and square from Uranus, which happens in 2015, during the last pass of the Uranus–Pluto square."

If there is an evil on this earth( and there is more than one) Monsanto is one.

It sickens me so much as a person with a garden who sees the wonders of nature every day.

I can't even get started on Monsanto.
So I just try to eat from our garden, and buy organic, non GMO food. And that's a lot easier said than done. I have to do a lot of research before I buy any type of rice (really annoying), not only because of the GMO/human gene factor, but also because of the arsenic factor.

If I think about it for too long, my brain starts to short-circuit.

I hear you Violets. I was out to eat with a friend and we were talking about Monsanto. I was getting veggies with butter and she said that they feed the cos monsanto feed. It is like there is no where to turn!

Seriously! And their crops cross-contaminate, so I even have to look up WHERE the food I buy is from, and make sure it's not close to any of their hot spots.

At least I do that with rice, anyway. I should probably do it with everything else as well, since we don't grow fruit trees (yet), and we have to buy veggies in the winter (and some in the summer).

Ugh. Seriously. Even when I was digging our garden, I was finding weird bits of random junk...pens, beer bottles, plastic, whatever. We filled in most of that with composted soil, but still...even your own back yard isn't always safe from God knows what, depending on where you live.

I have been putting off buying more fruit trees. That makes me want to do it today. You can grow trees from an avocado or mango seed. I have like 8 little avocado trees growing just from seed! lol

Aw, man...I wish we could grow avocados here! It's too cold and rainy, though. We have a couple of sad cherry trees in our back yard (I think they're pie cherries), but they're rather sickly. Been trying to revive them, but the Pacific Northwest is kind of hard for growing fruit trees.

Now berries...that's entirely different. I couldn't quite get enough blackberries to make honey jam last summer (I tried it with plums from our neighbor's, but it turned out yuck), but we did plant some raspberry canes and will probably try for strawberries.

But yeah...avocados. Mmmmm...

I hope so...I'm looking for good ways to get rid of the disease they have without spewing fungicides all over them, but the previous owners didn't seem to know how to take care of them or prune them, or how far apart to space them, etc.

But I will not give up on our cherry trees!!!
Poor things.

I'm not. My husband has suggested chopping the poor things down a few times, but I am strongly opposed to chopping down living trees, so last spring and summer I doused them with vinegar. Not sure if it helped or not, but it seemed to a little bit.

If I absolutely *have* to pull something out of the ground like a bush or something, I apologize to it, ha. I'm sure anyone walking by probably thinks I'm crazy and talking to myself.

The cherry trees really need to be pruned, but I don't want to do it at the wrong time of year, and I don't want to cut from the wrong direction. I'll have to research it a little bit more to figure out how to prune their branches without injuring them.

I talk to plants, too. I kept a dying rose in a glass of water for months, because it sprouted and tried so hard to keep living.

If you believe Clive Baxter's experiments, plants have feelings (sort of).

Aw...

I think they have feelings, in that sense. They're a part of the Earth, after all.

We have a forest area in our back yard that I mostly just leave alone and let do its thing. I've seen a deer and little bunnies back there!

I feel like I'm entering Narnia when I cross over the part where I mow the yard and the area where everything is wild.

If one believes in such things, the Earth Elementals will be smiling upon you.

Personally, I definitely do! That's probably why it feels like Narnia, lol. I just leave that space for them, and realize that even the yard we have isn't ours to keep, but we're blessed to be borrowing it for this moment in time.
