It is a green like collards but it tastes funky. I got used to it and really like it, especially in soup.What is cool is that it reproduces like a weed so you have so many of them and you don't have to do any work! God's creation is so amazing. I curse Monsanto when I go in my garden. They will pay for what they are doing to this beautiful earth  IP: Logged |

Love Caribbean style callaloo ...they sell it in the Jamaican stores in NY and I've had it in St Thomas as well ....good stuff . Agree about Monsanto and I am thrilled because today I convinced my son to give up corn. That was no small feat. IP: Logged |
