Hello All,
Can you please help me.
Trying to work out these names and am unable to find the chapter on numerology for 11s and 12s.
The first name of this person adds to 29 which I make into 11? The surname of this person adds to 19 - does this become 1 + 9 = 10 which is 1? Is the total 12 or is it 1 + 1 = 2? Do I then add the 2 to 3. I am quite unsure about this.
Could someone please advise me?
Thanks
Mitchel

hi mitch......

29 reduces to 11 but can go no further if you are adding it to another name or entity, 11 is a master number and cannot be reduced....

so u must use the 11 and the 1 from 19 to give you a total of 12

12 is the Sacrifice/ the Victim......

in my seeing of 12 as a name number then this person may lean towards feeling of inadaquacy because of not being able to succeed in material matters... their positions may be taken by others or they feeel they come second in every race......

depending on the full analysis of this person (astrology/numerology) would you only be able to know how they would react to such matters, but the outcome in most is the same is just how we express the feelings of inadaquacy......... an air sign would think about it to much causing mental confusion, a water sign would feel it cause much emotional stress and so on..................

the educational slant of 12 is the knowing when to find in others wrong motives, the person or entity with 12 must tune into to this in order to succeed..... education serves purpose......

G'day Mitchel,

According to Linda, 29 and 19 reduce to 2 and 1 respectively = 3. She uses an exmaple of Samual Clemens name in Star Signs to explain this principle. However, later on she states that all name numbers should have a compound number, which uses a slightly different rule - the 29 and 19 add together without reduction producing 48 - which in turn has the same meaning as the 30. My program below will compute this for you. If you don't have java, the 30 (which interestingly is also in another thread around here) is:

quote:
The number 48 has the following meaning:

The Number 48 has the same meaning as the 30

The Loner - Meditation

This is a number of retrospection, thoughtful deduction, and mental
superiority over others. However, it belongs completely in the mental
plane, and those represented by it often put all material things to the
side, not because they have to, but because they wish to do so.
Consequently, the Compound number 30 is neither fortunate nor
unfortunate, because it can be either, depending entirely upon the
desire of the person (or entity) it represents. The vibration of 30 can
be all-powerful, but is often indifferent, according to the will of the
person. Those whose name equals 30, or who were born on the 30th day of
any month, generally count few people as their friends. They tend to be
taciturn loners, preferring to be alone with their own thoughts. Social
functions and public gatherings are not their style. 30 doesn't deny
happiness or success, but fulfilment is more often found in retreating
from the chaos of the market place so that one's mental superiority may
be used to develop something worthwhile to the world... to write ideas
which may change the world... or to protect and develop one's personal
talents, such as art or other gifts. It indicates a lonely, yet
frequently rewarding life pattern.

as taken from my program (line ommitted). I'm curious to know how much this number influences your friend - could you please update us?

Have a good one,
Dean.

Mitch.......

please do not take not of sesames comment on your friends numbers......

the CORRECT way to add the numbers was shown to you by my post and that is THE ONLY WAY...

Sesame......

page 149 star signs........

"the double or compound numbers 11 and 22 are called master numbers. this means that when being added to another number, THEY MAY NOT BE REDUCED...... i.e. the no. 11 may not be added together or reduced to the number 2, and the number 22 may not be added or reduced to the number 4........ these two master numbers must always be added to other numbers in the numerology process as 11 and 22. Only when the TOTAL of the numerical value is 11 or 22 may you reduce to give the single numbers 2 and 4 as key numbers for the name, or when the numbers 11 or 22 are birth numbers, you then can reduce to give the single key number 2 or 4......

its important to read the last two paragraphs regarding the master numbers 11 and 22 more than once to be sure you completely comprehend and dont ever forget this VITAL rule of numerology, when you begin to work out the calculations" linda goodman "star signs".........................

page 160....... samuel clemens

The problem here is that Linda didn't have an example of 29. If the name was 22 or 11, then yes, don't reduce, but if it is 29, well, then, I'd expect it to reduce fully as it is NOT 11, but I have to admit that I'm not exactly sure...

In that paragraph you stated, she does say "when being added to another number" which in this case - after 29 is reduced to 11, it would be "being added" but I still think this is an intermediate step. However, the fact that she does say "these two Master Numbers must be added to other numbers as the 11 or 22" throws me a bit. Im still not completely convinced though. Mitchel, what does the person seem to relate to the most? 30 or 12? (interestingly both of my numbers ).

Hi 4evagOOb
How true this is!
This person is indeed happy to 'sacrifice' herself often for the needs of others and think of them first.
She is a watersign - often feel inadequate and a sort of second in the race type of thing. Definitely emotional stress.
This person, allows others to lean on her and always appears to see good reasons for people doing wrong things to her.... She has seemingly no idea of how to find wrong motives in others and always sees good in others.

Sesame -
Dean,
Thanks for your imput here.
This too is very true.
'This is a number of retrospection, thoughtful deduction, and mental
superiority over others. However, it belongs completely in the mental
plane, and those represented by it often put all material things to the
side, not because they have to, but because they wish to do so.'
At least we have also cleared the 11 and 22 problems.
Mitchel

Hi Mitchel. Thanks for replying. I can't stop thinking about this, and feel the only way I will truly know is to study Chaldean Nunmerology myself. I've asked another "follower" who claimed Chaldeans didn't reduce anything, and that Master Numbers are a Pythagorean thing - not Chaldean, hence he questioned why 11 in Chaldea is bad, when it should be a Master. I'm confused as I believe every point Linda made about this is completely ambiguous as to breaking down a REDUCED number that is happens to be a Master. It's funny, because another person came by a while ago wondering about the 29, and hence I changed my program to reduce the 11 in these examples, but I just don't know.

I'm going to *try* to research it a bit.
Dean.

OK, I yield. I was looking again over the internet for any information on this, and the same place kept coming up - numerologyforlife.com - the same guy I emailed that said Chaldeans didn't break down their numbers. Well, ironically, they used the "Shall not reduce Master Numbers rule" for the 29 thing, and I read some of their people (specifically for 15) that this rule applied to, and I guess it made sense.

The crux though, and the reason why I have changed it is because Albert Einstein - the dude that started me on this rule. You see, I was bored one day, and I checked his name, and my program crashed. I realised it was because Einstein is 29 (Albert=17), and hence, when it was reduced to 11, there were other rules that didn't want to reduce it, but others that kept passing it back - an infinite loop. Now, if the 11 is broken down, he becomes 10, but if not he's a 19. Both are pretty applicable and indeed, the 19 = 10 without the negative vibes (as Linda said). Well, I once read a bio on Einstein and I don't think he had any really negative vibes, except at the start of his life when he had no money. There is no doubt that he became successful. In his old age, companies gave him an allowance which he never touched because he was happy having his "simple" life and income etc. True, he probably needed (and had) the compassion required in the 10, but I think he didn't really. I think he was pretty happy-go-lucky - very 19.

It's also kinda ironic that Linda talked about "Abstract Al" a fair bit. I can't remember where - maybe the immortality section of Star Signs because of the relativity thing.

Anyhow, I have fixed up the program again and will release it in a few hours (my night time). I have also added functionality for numbers so license plates, etc. may be computed. I also wanted to add the enter button, but I think Java doesn't like this (maybe bue to scripting?) - however the space key may be used on the keyboard anyway, so all's good.

Sorry for the big debate 4evaG00b, I just needed to know fer shoor...

Dean.
