Sorry for what you are going through.OnTheOtherHandI'm sorry to hear that, as a renter myself I can understand, was almost in the same position not long ago, but unfortunately as landlord it's his right to give notice to a tenant although there are correct procedures. Have you a contract? I don't know much but he has to stick to that, if not you should have tenants rights...not after a reading just want to wish you well...you must get some advice asap to see where you stand. Edit...if he mentioned his son moving in..that's usually one of the contract conditions of notice..mine has something to do with wanting to reuse it as a home also...
