funkyaquarianpixie | pisces is a fish.. fish described the singular and the plural of the word.. so poor pisces has trouble asserting balance between the self and everyone else in a psychic sense.. leading to the dark aspects of neptune.. dissolution away from ones higher true self into the morass of others. aaaanyway im a strange pixie. |
lotusheartone | FISH 8135 = 17 Star of the Magi = 8 Infinity, Saturn so deep... ...Love and Light to YOU |
funkyaquarianpixie | yay! someone understands the mad witterings of an aqua! roflmao |
lotusheartone | PISCES PIEC(e)S PI PIE in the sky that's Amore... ... |
astro junkie | funkyaquarianpixie - Do you really think being a Pisces means "...dissolution away from ones higher true self..." ?
I would think it means a dissolution of boundaries, but not a total loss of your true self. I'd like to think that somewhere in this process, you don't leave yourself out. Please say it ain't so! ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness |
Node | Much love and EMPATHY, to all of those that have Pisces, or Aquarius issues. They, IMHO are the hardest to overcome in the entire zodiac. The dicotomy between the feelings is pressure at it's most finite. The brain, mixed with the strong emotions envolved create a vortex of uncertainty. Do I listen to my head...or do I listen to my heart? They often happen simultaniously confusion is a no brainer.... |
funkyaquarianpixie | AJ i meant that the dissolution of boundaries for pisces can lead to the negative neptunian stuff... all that empathy and emotion can be confusing, and the addictive personality aspects of the neptune stuff is what i meant about it being easy to lose the Self as a result of empathy and emotional overload. eh my pisces venus has let far too many people walk all over me... leaving my self a bit lost... possibly not the true self... but im getting older and wiser, thankfully. ho hum the aqua and pisces stuff... |
Planet_Soul | What do you get when you match up two Pisceans? I am not a Pisces Sun, but have heavy Neptunian influences. I have a close Pisces male friend I enjoy conversing with. The other day, we talked about some random things and I looked into his eyes and was suddenly afraid. I felt as if he was really "seeing" the me behind the social persona. It made me slightly uncomfortable, as I'm used to "seeing" the feelings of other's but have rarely allowed myself to be "Seen" and "Known". |
WaterNymph | quote: pisces is a fish.. fish described the singular and the plural of the word.. so poor pisces has trouble asserting balance between the self and everyone else in a psychic sense.. leading to the dark aspects of neptune.. dissolution away from ones higher true self into the morass of others.
*gasp* who told you our secret? Node Being a Piscean isn’t that hard. There’re a lot of coincidences that happen in my life…as if there’s a guardian angel following me there’s a reason why many fish are so laid back and calm about the future. Maybe somehow they know they’re “protected” Hey, you never know with Neptune |
funkyaquarianpixie | nymph it hit me in a cold bath like a uranian bolt from the blue... and i got my venus in fish.. |
salome | you fishies are a mystery to me, but i sure do love what i see here...can you share more piscean mystery... i understand the fire and earth that i have in my nativity, as i seem to have those sorts about me in my life... but the watery mysteries, in both myself and others elude me... do i have to immerse myself in a cold bath to access this diluvian knowledge? quote: You wanted to be shown a picture of it before attempting to construct the puzzle, but then it would not be much of a puzzle, would it? You wanted to have no interpretation, and you ended up having an interpretation of having no interpretation. You wanted to be without becoming, and to become without being. You desired only to do the doable, and only to know the knowable. You are afraid of not having what you do not have. You are afraid of having what you have. You are afraid to brood upon the mystery, to cast away the meaning. You have believed in your own untruths so thoroughly that to suddenly not believe in them would be tantamount to your own negation. That you dwell in the hypothetical, that you conjecture, ponder, and consider, does this not prove how little you actually know? Speculation is the physiognomy of ignorance. After all, would a being who ‘knew’, ever choose to surmise? You dissipate into yourself, in whichever realm you falsify by accepting; in whichever realm you claim or dispute; in whichever realm you release or hold, hallow or despise. You dissipate alike within transience and eternity, hope and resignation. If you were outside of it you could destroy it, but you are irrevocably ensconced within it. You are it. Oh, you will never know, and you will never not‑know. You live solicitously between the collapsed structures of two impossibilities. You will never know what you need know, and you will never unknow what you need unknow. And yet, though you have swum blindly through the unknown depths like all the others, somehow, sometime, somewhere, suddenly something in you breaks through the surface, soaring into the immense, unliveable realms beyond all that is. In a breathless gulp of beingless rapture ...you finally have seen. To gasp is to see. Only the flying fish knows of the water. http://www.iconoclastpress.com/bookPoetryFlyingFishAwakeningEnlightenmentEsotericPoem .htm

Swerve | Being a Pisces? In one sentence - Knowing that you know something other people don't know but never quite knowing what it is yourself. And it isn't scary, it's kind of wonderful. And the inability to count properly as well unfortunately it seems. Swerve |
amisha121877 | thanks for the thought funkyaquarianpixie - i'll have to physically try this some day once i get passed the brrrrrrr. mind over matter, mind over matter, mind over matter....... anyway - happy and merry ____________ to all. http://www.yogavisionaries.com/simplify.php |

Planet_Soul | Not always Swerve, Albert Einstein was a |
astro junkie | Einstein is one of those weird quirks. On the one hand, he can do extremely complex mathematical problems in his head. On the other, he had trouble articulating himself and finding his way home. ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness |
MoonPixie | I have this Pisces Sun friend who has a 3.6 GPA but doesn't know why he's doing it. He loves kissing, having a girlfriend, etc.. but he has no idea what the meaning of true love is. No idea. I have to give him advice sometimes on how to figure out how he feels about a relationship, lol. Pisces are a cute but confusing bunch. |
LILYGIRL | Einstein also had a Uranus Singleton--often a sign of genius..but yes he was a bit of an airhead who had problems matching his socks and expressing himself personally |
astro junkie | LILYGIRL - Yes - the Uranus Singleton! I have one too ... Uranus in Leo in the 4th (my only Fire)... ------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness |
SecretGardenAgain | Einstein was not an airhead, but had different intellectual capabilities than most because of his brain structure, which was discovered upon his autopsy: quote: His brain was preserved by Dr. Thomas Stoltz Harvey, the pathologist who performed the autopsy on Einstein. Harvey found nothing unusual with his brain, but in 1999 further analysis by a team at McMaster University revealed that his parietal operculum region was missing (The operculum is part of the inferior frontal gyrus of the frontal lobe in the brain. One famous part of the operculum is Broca's area which plays an important role in speech production) and, to compensate, his inferior parietal lobe was 15% wider than normal [12]. The inferior parietal region is responsible for mathematical thought, visuospatial cognition, and imagery of movement. Einstein's brain also contained 73% more glial cells than the average brain.
So he was lacking some speech skills yet had overdeveloped mathematical portion of the brain. Love SG |
Planet_Soul | Interesting, SG. |
Planet_Soul | Hey, So would the 11th house domain be looked at for talented mathmaticians?

funkyaquarianpixie | mmm must search for einsteins chart... |
