T O P I C R E V I E Wastro junkieWhat parts of your Chart do you think kick in FOR YOU, when you go through one of those challenging times when your FAITH is questioned TO THE MAX...I'm SPECIFICALLY directing this question to your CHART. To the structure of your CHART. ASTROLOGICALLY speaking. (I know it can be difficult, but TRY to withhold cute quotes or anecdotes, or motivational speak, or reasons why astrology has nothing to do with this. Focus.)Example: When you've just seen a bunch of sad news stories, whether they occurred in the past or present, and you've been socked in the gut and waiting for some kind of explanation you can live with.Is it your Venus kicking in first, bringing an answer to you? Is it your realist Saturn stepping up first? Is it your spiritual Neptune or Pluto? Is it your afflicted or non-afflicted Jupiter? And don't forget the Houses, if you think they may come into play. This has to do with faith, and what you think contributes to keeping it in its rightful place in your CHART. AND, this goes BEYOND your first reaction, such as anger. I'm talking about, what you think IN YOUR CHART helps you pull it all together.I'm still thinking about my answer, but wanted to put it out there for now. Thanks.------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darknesssalomethank you for this very thoughful question...for this way of seeing. i'm thinking. ariestigerAt times when my faith is questioned to the max...Moon, Venus and Jupiter in the 6th say keep the faith, also Mars and Saturn in the 10th, so my general faith is strong, and Jupiter helps keep it buoyant and optimistic. Sun and Merc in the 8th will be the driving factors in letting go, usually after a long time and when there is no point in the situation continuing. When you get close to losing or questioning your faith right?Thats pretty much a Jupiter thingMine is Jupiter/12th Ruling the Ascendantthebigelizaif faith is a jupiter thing,i have jupiter in Aquarius in the 1st.I feel like no matter how tough life gets,I stay optimistic and positive.I almost feel like I could lose everything but still keep the faith.I think some of that staying power may also come from my moon and pluto in scorpio, and Sun,Venus,Mars in the 8th.hippichickI NEVER loose faith, (and this drives those close to me crazy at times) and my faith has been tested so many times. I always give it up to a higher source than "us and them." I am:pisces sun and venusneptune in the 12th wide trine to sunsaturn, jup, merc and mars in aquaastro junkieIt doesn't necessarily end up being Jupiter, I don't think. The more I ponder this, the more I keep thinking, my Venus in Virgo in the 4th House. I'm not sure why.And then maybe my Uranus in Leo in the 4th House, and, my NN in Leo in the 4th.It's ironic that I'm always biatching that my 4th is jinxed. But maybe that's why I keep going back to it and finding some glimmer of hope, in the forms above. My Jupiter is in Capricorn Conjunct my Saturn in the 9th. And even though Jupiter is in its natural House, the Conjunction with Saturn seems to take a lot of the mometum out of it. Somehow, I just don't think it's my Jupiter. Even though I've got Jupiter Trine my Ascendant. My Venus Sextile Neptune may give me hope too, no matter how impractical.I can definitely make a connection with my MC in Aquarius Trine my Sun in Libra. That's about all I can figure right now.------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darknessastro junkieWas just thinking, maybe I can connect with my Aquarius MC Trine my Sun because the MC is the 10th House Cusp, and the 10th House Rules Saturn. Maybe it somehow lightens up my Saturn, which is up on my Jupiter.I'm going to start a thread on the MC & Saturn ...------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darknessnove731My Mercury. Or quite possibly my Mars or Pluto. They're all pretty volatile in my chart. Hehe.My Mercury is in the 8th House in natal opposition with Pluto. I rarely ever get into arguments. But when I do, I win. I don't like being told what's wrong or what's right. I hate that blanket statement. Ughhhh. What's right for one person isn't right for all. It truly annoys me when I see someone touting their beliefs as fact. If it's so factual, then where are the facts? Huh? Ughhh. Mercury is also the ruler of my Ascendant. But, being a Virgo Rising, I can be kind of shy when I'm not comfortable. When I am, though, and someone does as such, I can get a pretty smart mouth...unfortunately.My Mars...well. It's in Aquarius. And I definitely don't like being told what to do. I seem to have a little trigger in my head. Well, not really a trigger, but I can't think of a better word. Whenever someone tells me to do something, whether they're rude in doing it or not, I always interpret it as someone ordering me to do something when they have no place to do so. In which case...I promptly make a smart remark, shove my nose in the air, and walk the other way.Pluto...I'm not sure. I just have the feeling it has something to do with it. My Pluto forms a natal opposition to Mercury, and a natal square to Mars. He influences both on some level.hot_iceI guess it depends on the situation,If I'm angry,It's obviously my entire 8th house..If I'm depressed, just been beaten etc...It's venus,I listen to a lot of music get my mood back, get ready to fight again,I guess neptune plays a part too, cause I imagne myself overcoming the obstacle...But whatever happens i'm always optimistic, over optimistic at times,"hey hot_ice! get back to earth, stop flying!" is a line people use a lot when they talk to me...Mama MiaYes Iam like hippichick I never give up my faith. I also handle things just as WN said also. Hey WN waving my hand..It hurts and gets hard but I always pull through whatever it is and I know that I will. Pisces Sun my moon and Venus in the 12th house. Pays to have my mooon in the 12. It would be good to have an inner planet in the 12 maybe not mars but one of the others.. TheEvolutionin the past few 'wasteful' years when i have left one project after another out of furstation and failure i think the only thing that kept me going is oppurtinity for yet a new project comming up from time to time and sort of ejecting me out of complete depression. i'm not quite sure whom i owe a thank to. maybe jupiter's good aspect(conjuct) to moon in my own sign (sag in western and sco in indian astro). LILYGIRLI have faith that all will work out. My mother used to say this to me when I was a skittish adolescent. One way or the other, things WILL work out.Well they do even if it's not always what you would have anticipated. I have Aries Mars and Moon. It really helps me. I am energetic. I love very hard and very fast and without trepdiation ( I think I scare alot of people but hey those are the breaks!). I protect others to the ends of the earth and with my Sag ascendant added in manage even in tragedy to snatch from within a shred of optimism.astro junkieReally interesting interpretations... I love it!------------------ ... it's better to light a candle than curse the darkness
I'm SPECIFICALLY directing this question to your CHART. To the structure of your CHART. ASTROLOGICALLY speaking.

There you go
You're talking in terms of acceptance in things you can not change right? When you get close to losing or questioning your faith right?
Thats pretty much a Jupiter thing
Mine is Jupiter/12th Ruling the Ascendant
And then maybe my Uranus in Leo in the 4th House, and, my NN in Leo in the 4th.
It's ironic that I'm always biatching that my 4th is jinxed.
My Venus Sextile Neptune may give me hope too, no matter how impractical.
I can definitely make a connection with my MC in Aquarius Trine my Sun in Libra.
That's about all I can figure right now.
I'm going to start a thread on the MC & Saturn ...
My Mercury is in the 8th House in natal opposition with Pluto. I rarely ever get into arguments. But when I do, I win. I don't like being told what's wrong or what's right. I hate that blanket statement. Ughhhh. What's right for one person isn't right for all. It truly annoys me when I see someone touting their beliefs as fact. When I am, though, and someone does as such, I can get a pretty smart mouth...unfortunately.
My Mars...well. Pluto...I'm not sure. I just have the feeling it has something to do with it. My Pluto forms a natal opposition to Mercury, and a natal square to Mars. He influences both on some level.
If I'm angry,It's obviously my entire 8th house..
If I'm depressed, just been beaten etc...It's venus,I listen to a lot of music get my mood back, get ready to fight again,I guess neptune plays a part too, cause I imagne myself overcoming the obstacle...
But whatever happens i'm always optimistic, over optimistic at times,"hey hot_ice! get back to earth, stop flying!" is a line people use a lot when they talk to me...
Pisces Sun my moon and Venus in the 12th house. Pays to have my mooon in the 12. It would be good to have an inner planet in the 12 maybe not mars but one of the others..
