I'll just pick out a few of the aspects that stand out to me and give you my general impressions.First, the good.
For karmic aspects, I always look at the Nodes first. You have one of the best nodal aspects possible: your North Node conjunct his sun. In short, you are good for each other--and since you're the North Node person, he is going to help you grow and develop your talents in this lifetime. This is a very karmic aspect and an excellent one for any relationship, since being together will ultimately benefit both of you. The only downside is that you (as the North Node person) may feel uneasy and reluctant to grow, but ultimately this guy is good for you and will keep you on the life path you're here for.
Likewise, your Jupiter is trine his North Node, with a very tight orb, so you'll be helping him grow as well, especially with spiritual pursuits. There are actually no difficult nodal aspects in this relationship (squares can be especially troublesome) so you are not likely to get in each other's way of spiritual growth. So the nodal synastry here looks fabulous.
Sun trine sun, moon trine moon, and Ascendant trine Ascendant (even with wide orbs) are also very beneficial for a relationship, since you're in natural harmony with each other and can probably understand each other with very little effort. Having all three of those in trine is actually pretty rare, and can only mean good things for your relationship. Same goes for your Sun's mutually trining each other's Ascendants (a double whammy!). You probably feel like you've known this guy before--and from the first time you met, you instantly "clicked" and felt like you both were on the same wavelength with everything. I'd bet you've encountered some pretty surprising similarities with each other, and as the relationship progresses, you'll probably be able to communicate with him almost psychically because you two are so in tune with each other.
Sun trine venus, too, is one of the best aspects for a relationship... you'll just love being in each other's company, no matter what the two of you are doing. This is also a nice aspect because it creates a bond that can smooth out more difficult aspects. Even if you have a fight, there will still be an underlying sense of love between you that glues the two of you together.
There are also some nice indicators of stability in this relationship. Saturn trine Mercury and sextile Venus will give the two of you real endurance, and the determination to ride out any rough patches, should you encounter them later on. Aspects to Uranus look good too, so I doubt this relationship would end abruptly or that either of your feelings would suddenly change towards each other. Moon trine Jupiter is another excellent indication of compatibility, as is his Ascendant trine your Venus, and your Mars' sextile. There are really a number of wonderful things going on here.
There are a couple of more difficult things too, though, probably with karmic connections. Pluto conjunct Venus seems to be a common indicator of one (or both) people developing an obsession with each other, or at the very least, intense possessiveness. In terms of karma, this offers an opportunity in this lifetime to take one of two paths: become overwhelmed with manipulation/possessiveness, which may ultimately destroy a relationship depending on how far it's taken, or let the energy of this aspect work to transform the both of you and ultimately change both of your lives for the better. The effect of this aspect is amplified because your Venus also squares his Pluto, giving an even more difficult combination of energies... there will indeed be a tendency to be possessive of one another, perhaps due to situations you've both experienced in the past (probably involving other romantic relationships, seeing as your Pluto is in his 7th house). Avoiding mind-games is incredibly important, especially because the two of you will probably have great understanding of each other (all the Moon/Sun/Ascendant trines) and therefor know how to push each other's buttons, even on very subtle levels.
Likewise, Jupiter square Pluto may create an unconscious need to compete with each other and lead to some unhealthy psychological patterns.
Sun square Pluto indicates similar power struggles.
With your North Node falling in his 8th house and his North Node falling in your 7th, there is no doubt this is meant to be a romantic relationship (7th house) but also requires that you both avoid manipulation, secrecy, possessiveness, and any form of ulterior motives when it comes to interacting with each other.
My guess would be that the karmic lesson for both of you is to overcome any unhealthy power/psychological struggles so that you can both advance in your life's purpose and learn the lessons that you both are here to teach each other.
