Go to your chart declinations....
It's easier if I give you examples: for example I have Mercury at 20°44'46" S declination
and Neptune at 20°54'28" S declination
They're both at a South declination and (using a 1'30 degree orb) subtract Mercury from Neptune since Neptune is larger, there's only a 0°10'difference between them so they're Parallel. They would be Contra-Parallel if one was North declination and one was south declination,but because they're both South declination and within the orb requirements they're Parallel, they would be Parallel if they were both North declination as well.
